Pre-heat grill to a high heat and combine all of the ingredients by hand in a bowl.
Divide the mixture into 8 separate portions - shape into balls, patties or form them into kebabs around a metal or wooden skewer. (If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them for an hour prior to use)
Place your shaped mince under the grill and turning regularly, cook them until they are browned all over.
Serve with a red onion and cucumber salad with rice or flatbreads.
